Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. 

In this hybrid role, you will drive the success of our trauma healing courses through the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. 

Additionally, you will play a key role in website maintenance and optimisation, ensuring our online presence reflects our values and resonates with our target audience. 

As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate closely with like-minded individuals who share a deep commitment to transforming lives.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Optimise our website to enhance user experience, maximise conversion rates, and create an emotional connection with our target audience.
• Take ownership of website maintenance and optimisation, ensuring it accurately reflects our values and resonates with visitors.
• Conduct regular website audits, implement improvements, and employ SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
• Manage our social media presence, engaging our audience, and creating compelling content that captures the essence of our mission.
• Analyse campaign performance data, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide strategic insights to optimise marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with our talented team to create captivating marketing materials, including engaging landing pages, persuasive email newsletters, and impactful digital advertisements.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or education industry.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in analysing data and utilising analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions and continuously optimise campaign performance.
• Experience in website maintenance, optimisation, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• A genuine passion for helping individuals overcome their past and a strong desire to empower Coaches, Therapists, Healers, and Everyday People in making a profound impact.
