EMPOWERING CLIENTS TO INDEPENDENTLY NAVIGATE AND PROCESS SIGNIFICANT EMOTIONS AND LIFE EXPERIENCES.
Welcome to Embodied Lifestyle Healing Chronic Stress and Trauma 8-Week ProgramÂ
brought to you by The Centre for Healing.
Join Matt Kay as he designed this online training program to help you cultivate a resilient nervous system, regulate your stress, and develop a deep connection and understanding of self and your patterns in the midst of everyday life. Through this program, you will be given the tools and skills to adopt and embody this healing as an ongoing lifestyle.
Matt realized that 90% of healing and transformation of the nervous system occurs outside of one-on-one somatic therapy sessions. What clients do between sessions makes all the difference. This program helps you learn how to support yourself outside of therapy sessions, for the rest of your life. This program is for practitioners and clients alike.

What Others Are Saying...
"Undertaking this work with Matt was exactly what I needed. I focused on embodiment, being present, bringing in awareness, curiosity, and compassion. Doing this and being held allowed me to connect to myself and cultivate my relationship with self on a much deeper level and almost 12 months on, I feel like a completely different person.
Emotions generally donât overwhelm me anymore, my thoughts are much calmer, the things that used to stress me no longer do, and my relationships with loved ones are more peaceful and connected but most importantly for me, I truly care about and prioritize myself.

"The mentorship has been exactly what I was looking for. I've done a lot of the intellectual work on understanding my emotional and relational patterns. What I really wanted was to find ways to go that bit deeper, emotionally, to be able to unlock some of the emotion and trauma that I know is held in my body. The Embodied Processing approach has helped me to explore the day-to-day scenarios, where a strong emotion like anger has been triggered, and to understand, but more so to feel, what lies behind it. Matt has helped me to feel safe to open up to my most difficult feelings and memories, and the mentorship program is helping me to guide myself through this whilst holding myself with compassion.Â
I feel like this is the start of the next bit of my journey and will be a work in progress, but I now have some fantastic resources and guidance to help me to continue to integrate myself more fully and to accept every part of myself. Especially those parts that I tend to turn away from. As a Clinical Psychologist, I am excited to integrate this mind-body approach into my work more and more in the years to come, and I'm so glad that I started that journey by focusing on doing this for myself first.
Thank you, Matt, for your compassion and holding, and for being such an inspiration with your open and honest style."
