Terms and Conditions Agreement

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between The Melbourne Centre of Healing Pty Ltd, trading as The Centre for Healing ("Company"), and the purchaser ("Participant") of the Self-Healing Protocols course (the "Course").

1. Introduction
By purchasing the Course, the Participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Agreement governs the Participant's participation in the Course and outlines the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.

2. Course Description
The Course provides self-healing protocols and related teachings delivered through online group coaching sessions, recordings, and associated materials. The Course aims to offer educational and informational content to support personal growth and wellness. The duration, delivery method, and learning outcomes of the Course are detailed in the Course materials provided to the Participant.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities
The Company makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, suitability, or availability of the Course, materials, or any related services or products. The Participant acknowledges that the Company is not a medical doctor and that the Course does not imply any diagnosis, cure, or complete healing of any medical condition. The Participant agrees to assume full responsibility for their own health and wellness decisions and consult with appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary.

4. Refund Policy
All payments made for the Course are non-refundable. The Participant acknowledges that there are no refunds for upfront payments or payments made according to the agreed payment plan. The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether exceptional circumstances warrant a refund or credit.

5. Payment Policy
The Participant agrees to pay the fees associated with the Course as specified in the payment plan provided. The Company accepts payment through designated payment methods and reserves the right to charge additional fees, including taxes and charges, as applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy
Participants may request to cancel their enrollment in the Course by providing written notice to the Company. The Participant acknowledges that cancellation may result in the forfeiture of all fees paid. The Company may also impose penalties or consequences for cancellations, which will be communicated to the Participant in advance.

7. Privacy Policy
The Company collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information provided by the Participant in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating in the Course, the Participant consents to the collection and processing of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Policy
All rights, title, and interest in the Course content, materials, recordings, and any other works created or used in relation to the Course, including intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company. The Participant agrees not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Course materials without prior written consent from the Company.

9. User Conduct Policy
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during the Course. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Participant's access to the Course if their behavior or communication violates the user conduct policy. Consequences for violations will be determined by the Company at its sole discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution
Any complaints, claims, or disputes arising from or relating to the Course or this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may initiate mediation or arbitration proceedings in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction specified in the governing law and jurisdiction clause.

11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Melbourne Centre of Healing Pty Ltd is registered. Any legal actions, proceedings, or disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By purchasing the Course, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

An 8 Week Journey together gives you the community and tools to heal yourself day to day to enable you to live a calmer, more relaxed and fulfilling life.

In this 2 month container together, we will be looking at:
》Childhood trauma and how to start healing it yourself
》The ability to recognise triggers & process them to avoid spiralling
》The Nervous System and how to regulate it (and your emotions)
》How to stop sabotaging & provide ourselves with helpful self-care
》Learn how to be happy when life throws us challenges and stress
》Each week we will have set themes and tools to go away with and practice in a supportive setting
》You will walk away with frameworks to improve how you feel and look after yourself day to day.

If you want to learn how to heal yourself, or you are someone who helps others heal and want tools to pass on to them, then you are welcome.
