Above all, Rebecca considers her most sacred and important role to be being the mother to her four beautiful children.

Rebecca spent many years working in residential childcare supporting children with histories of trauma. Alongside her extensive study of matrescence, trauma, and nervous system regulation, she also brings lived experience through multiple matrescence transformations of her own.
