At the end of each video you will be given a weekly practice to implement into your life.

MONTHLY LIVE DEEP DIVE COACHING SESSIONS


Every month one of our trainers at The Centre for Healing will be running a live session on Zoom.

This will be a deep dive into one of the topics we cover in The Hub.
You can join the call live and ask questions along the way or just tune in and take notes.

If you can't make a call live then don't worry, we've got you. All deep dive calls will be recorded and made available to members of The Healing Hub.
