An Introduction to Trauma-Aware Parenting
You're Not a Bad Parent. Your Nervous System Is Just Doing What It Learned.
Join Melissa Hiemann, the Co-Founder of The Centre for Healing, along with Tara Russell, a mother and Parenting Coach and children's author, in this free online seminar to learn how to meet your children where they are at for a happy family and connection.
Watch this free introduction to Trauma-Aware Parenting and discover why the most important shift you'll ever make as a parent starts with you.
You love your children fiercely.
But some days, you find yourself snapping before you even realise what happened. Or shutting down completely. Or drowning in mum/dad/grandparent/teacher guilt for the way things went today.
Here's what no one tells you:
That's not a parenting problem. It's a nervous system pattern. One that was shaped long before your children arrived... and one that, with the right awareness, you can change.

Trauma-aware parenting isn't about being a perfect parent. It's about understanding the why behind your reactions, healing the patterns that were passed down to you, and learning to show up for your children in a way that feels grounded, connected, and real.
