Understanding Trauma - Online Course
The purpose of this course is to bring about a deeper understanding of trauma and how it shapes all areas of our lives.
Trauma has to be one of the most misunderstood forms of human suffering and underlies many mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and addiction.
What you'll get:
A new understanding of trauma as part of the human condition
The affect trauma has on someone's core beliefs, worldview & life
Ways to successfully heal trauma and life a full life
Understanding Trauma will do what the title says, but more than that, will shine a light on what it means to be a human.

The Centre for Healing is an incredible organisation. Their down-to-earth, wonderfully accessibly, 'human' and beautifully trauma-informed approach to education and training on how to work with trauma in a wonderfully accessible and powerful way is second to none in my opinion. I have gained a deeper understanding of myself as a practitioner as well as a valuable set of tools to use in my work with clients.

Society/medical professionals really should be enforced to learn this..... it would solve so many people's issues so much earlier....

This is the way forward for addiction and trauma therapy. I've been fortunate to have participated in a few short courses conducted by Ryan and his colleague, Matt Nettleton. Their honest, vulnerable and no BS delivery of, what is, in my opinion the most effective and compassionate therapy for trauma and addiction, is outstanding. These two blokes are real. They've lived it. They're now giving new hope to those who have found 'traditional' modalities and methods to be unsuccessful. I have so much respect for the work that they do. Love and light :)
