What is included?

Somatic Release Breathwork Training Certification 
This training is a practical, step-by-step course that teaches you how to safely facilitate breathwork sessions and guide clients through powerful healing experiences. You’ll learn how to use the breath to help people access altered states of consciousness, release stored stress and trauma, and find a deep sense of presence, peace, and self-compassion. There are around 25 hours of theory to complete, covering the principles of breathwork, trauma-informed facilitation, and nervous system safety. By the end of the training, you’ll be equipped with a repeatable process and the confidence to hold profound breathwork journeys for both individuals and groups.

Root-Cause Therapy Certification Training
This training is a practical, step-by-step online course. It gives you the exact framework to use to take someone through a session, discover what needs to be worked on, and then help the client heal and shift at the root cause.
There are around 20 hours of theory to go through (with additional optional protocols). Then, you can swap sessions for your practice hours with your fellow students in our supportive community. Normally, people take around 3 months to complete certification.

Embodied Processing Certification Training
This training is an in-depth course that delves into the science of the Nervous System and safety aspects of healing trauma, along with the spiritual insights of embodiment.
Dive deep into the theory of understanding trauma, polyvagal theory and somatic therapies, along with step-by-step processes in assisting clients through trauma healing.
There are around 35 hours of theory to complete, and then you can swap sessions for your practice hours with your fellow students in our supportive community. Normally, people take around 6 months to complete certification.
